Look for a USB cable that connects to your phone. If you do not have one search for the name of your phone and then "USB" following afterwards so you can buy one. You can get Service Pack 3 (for XP - Service Pack 1 for Vista). After that, you'll just have to let the computer auto-update until it catches up. Those are the latest accumulations of updates, but there have been updates issued since then.
