What is the point of buying a lot of download limit if it is illegal to download?

So my point is...
It is illegal to download songs and movies online. But we are still paying for our download limit monthly. And if we don't download, than no one would buy 150GB a month (like we do).
Point is we are still paying for something and if every person downloading something will be fined, than soon nobody would buy any more download limit. And internet companies will fail.
If I understand your question properly:
Your download limit is set by your ISP to prevent people from 'hogging' the bandwidth.
If you plan on downloading a lot of movies, you can buy more bandwidth from your ISP.

If it's old the battery might be dying, especially if you never turn it off or have it charging all the time.
If it's a new laptop, try calibrating the battery. You do this by charging it all the way to 100%, unplug it. Let it drain all the way until it shuts off.
Leave it like this for a couple of hours.
Boot it back up, charge it all the way to 100% again. That will calibrate it.
If the issue persists, then you might need to be calling an Apple support line.

sounds as though the video codec has become currupt, normally happens when something overwrites it, but if you search for CODEC LITE pack in yahoo or google, download and install, this will give media player the ability to play MP4 vids

In case you can't fix the problem, try VLC. It's free, it doesn't need any external codecs, and it plays pretty much everything, including mp4. If your mp4s don't work with vlc they most likely are broken.

I am assuming that the operating sytem on this Compaq is Vista? If so, to get your computer back to it's Original Factory Condition, go to the START BUTTON , in the lower-left hand corner of your of you screen and in the SEARCH BAR, at the very button, with the white space and the blinking cursor, type RECOVERY, then after the RECOVERY MANAGER comes up in the search, click it, Then when the RECOVERY MANAGER opens click ADVANCED OPTIONS, then click SYSTEM RESTORE. It will take a while, but when this process is finished, your computer will be just like it was when you first recieved or bought it.
BE certain to back-up all of your important stuff to a flash drive. Make sure that this flash drive has ample space to hold all the stuff you want to back-up. When you start SYSTEM RESTORE you will be prompted to back-up these files automatically.

The only other way to do that (without being a computer guru) would be to use the actual windows xp/vista operating system disks. You can buy like an xp disk that doesn't cost that much. Although if you don't have the original disk then you could always go the Linux route..

you can't find anything like that. you can try finding the episodes in a format like mp4 or avi or wmv and using one of the converters I have provided below. MediaCoder (you can go to devices and choose the cell phone recorder which converts mainly for cell phone) will convert to 3gp and Oxelon will convert to 3gp and 3g2. I have the same camera, and I did that the first time I used it, too. What I did was go into the menu and save them to the card reader, then deleted them from the internal memory. I don't use the USB cord for mine, ever. It is not really hard to just put them on the card reader, but it takes a little bit of playing around in the menu to figure it out. I can't remember how, exactly, I did it, but it just required a little playing around with it.

This is not my camera and I have consulted the manual. I do not know if they use a dock. They lost the usb cord. They usually use a card reader, but pics were taken on the internal memory and they don't know how to download.
