What is the point of buying a lot of download limit if it is illegal to download?

So my point is...
It is illegal to download songs and movies online. But we are still paying for our download limit monthly. And if we don't download, than no one would buy 150GB a month (like we do).
Point is we are still paying for something and if every person downloading something will be fined, than soon nobody would buy any more download limit. And internet companies will fail.
If I understand your question properly:
Your download limit is set by your ISP to prevent people from 'hogging' the bandwidth.
If you plan on downloading a lot of movies, you can buy more bandwidth from your ISP.
It has nothing to do with legal or illegal downloading.
- For MP3 and MP4, obviously for music and video devices.
- For 3GP is a format for execution and handing over to cell phones of any brand.
- For AVI, MPG and WMV to run on programs such as Windows Media Player, Winamp, etc..
- For MOV is just to run the program QuickTime.
- For only AMV MP4 and iPod devices, but also accepts the WMV.
- To run a DVD is for DVD's and VCD's.
It is not illegal to download songs and movies online IF you pay for them you are downloading.

Paying money to your ISP is not the same as buying songs or movies to download.
Your ISP provides transportation to the website (store) to purchase the songs or movies (separate transaction).
it is not illegal to download songs and movies if you pay for them, it is only illegal if you steal them by trying to download them for free.
Check if you frostwire is updated.
Your completed downloaded music files could be in your shared folder which is in documents and settings (mine is).
I use Nero express when burning it to cd.
Just open Nero express, click music, then click audio cd, then drag or copy paste your downloaded files in it and click burn.
TAKE UR SONGS HIGHLIGHT THEM AND RIGHT CLICK UR MOUSE AND SEND IT TO UR WAT EVER PROG U USE TO BURN THEM.. OR JUST USE WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER.
