Sure, they have things called card readers. They have them everywhere, walmart, target, bestbuy. They are pretty inexpensive as well.

A simple way is to use Audacity or Wavepad and record the audio going through your computer while you watch your video....In audacity select stereo mix at the top next to the record button and record while playing you video with volume on....Any questions then contact me...

First of all it wasn't the Limewire programme itself that gave u the virus. It was something u downloaded using the programme. Limewire is well known for its "collection" of viruses and a person needs to be on their toes when using Limewire.

I would recommend using a bittorrent client rather than Limewire, Ares or similar (although Ares isn't supposed to carry as many virus laden files as Limewire). Some popular bittorrent clients are "utorrent", "vuze" (also called azureus), "bittorrent" (also called mainline). There are others. Do a search for any of those programmes and u will locate them. All are free.

Another possibility is using "emule". do a search for that also.

What's a good software program for Mac that I can use to make music?

I've heard of FrootyLoops and Reason, which one is the best for making music, generally using samples and loops. Im a beginner at this, so probably something not too technical quite yet. I have a Mac, too.

Garageband sucks, in my personal opinion. I use Reason 4.0, it is INCREDIBLY powerful, with sythesizers, loop players, samplers, arpeggiators, and tons and tons of options. Full automation capabilities, change any parameter on anything you want. You can actually use it as a tool to make the music that you hear in your head, without compromise. It is a difficult program, but there are tons of tutorials, the operating maunual is great, and the only thing it is missing is audio recording capabilities.
