one day when im older I want to be a movie editor/producer/screenplay write/director lol im currently using imovie on mac so like do you have any practice excersizes for me to learn or any project ideas? how do you become a movie editor? thanks!
Take some editing classes at your local college.
this will not only help you get some experience but also helps you make some contacts. Getting into the industry is like 95% who you know. degrees dont really mean squat, use the schools for there internships and make an impression on the people you meet. thats the best way.
Also i'd recommend getting your hands on a mac, learn Final Cut Pro and for PC's learn Avid. these are industry standards.
