I want to be able to create some form of electronic music. I want to create electronic music like Cascada. I prefer the club mixes.
Free won't get you everything a commercial app has.
The only free loop based app I know of is Acid Express.
It's the lite version of Acid Pro but allows up to 10 tracks and has a free loop pack for download from the site.
But as long as you know what you are doing!

... just read your additionals - this isnt free. far from it. but you get a decent package and you can do many more things. free programs tend to be utter bullshite to be fair dont bother yourself with them.
you want free? listen man, people actually make a living doing this kind of stuff. do you think they use crappy websites and free programs? if you're not serious about doing this then save some time and don't.
